Artist's Description

A composite tribute to the D Day airborne parachute divisions. It was the largest use of airborne troops up to that time. Paratroop elements of the 82d and 101st Divisions, comprising 6 regiments, with the normal complement of parachute field artillery and engineers, numbering more than 13,000 men, were flown from bases in southern England to the Cotentin Peninsula in approximately 925 C-47's.

About Jason Green

Jason Green

I like to wear Black, I like to play the drums, I like to photograph the interesting, the beautiful, the inspiring..... I look for the positive aspects of the image I see in my minds eye whether that be a person, an animal, or nature's design, Often its the decay in the urban back -yard of our world...I enjoy finding the truth of an object, I do not follow the conventional, (well sometimes I do) I am a mixture of tradition and creativity with a bit of what only I can bring.....I really hope you enjoy what I do, if you dont feel inclined to purchase a piece of my art then all I ask is you stop by, Say hi and leave me a comment.
